I'm a holistic practitioner with a passion for helping individuals discover their whole selves and embrace the complexities of the human emotional experience. I started out as a Personal Trainer back in 2015 then branched out to bodywork and eventually moved on to more energy-based methods and coaching. I love empowering others to dig deep and uncover their personal truth, become more resilient to shame, and honor their true essence. I have a special focus on working with the body somatically and experientially. Human Design is the foundation of my work, but I utilize modalities such as Parts Work, energy medicine, and even the Tarot as a supportive healing tool for self-reflection and deconditioning. I'm currently based out of Phoenix, AZ.
